Virtual Styling E-Design Service Terms & Disclosures

Virtual E-Design services are delivered remotely and include customized design concepts, curated mood boards, product recommendations, and layout suggestions based on the information provided by the client. These services do not include in-person visits, purchasing or ordering products, or contractor coordination. 

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements, photos, and relevant project details.
• Ensuring timely communication and approvals to maintain project timelines.
• Purchasing recommended items independently unless otherwise arranged.

Design timelines begin after the 15-minute discovery call is completed and all required information is received.

Typical turnaround time: 5–15 business days, depending on the package and project scope:

• Vision Spark: Delivered in 5 days
• Vision Sketch: Delivered in 5–12 days (Phase One within 5 days, Phase Two within 7 days)
• Vision Blueprint: Delivered in 5–15 days (Phase One within 5 days, Phase Two within 10 days)

Phase Two will not begin until the client has approved the conceptual design (Phase One) in writing. Approval must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt to maintain the original timeline. Delays in approval will result in adjusted delivery dates. 

All communication will be conducted via email, video call, or messaging platforms as agreed upon. House Curate Company will respond to inquiries within 1–2 business days. 

Revisions are intended for minor adjustments only and are not to be mistaken for an entirely new design. Revisions are limited to Phase One and may include:

• Paint color changes
• Substitution of a furniture piece
• Accessory or décor adjustments
• Minor layout refinements

Revisions do not include a full redesign or changes to the overall concept.

• Vision Spark: No revisions included
• Vision Sketch: One round of revisions
• Vision Blueprint: Two rounds of revisions

All revision requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the initial design. If revisions are requested, delivery timelines will be adjusted beyond the original estimated completion date. Additional revisions beyond what is included may incur an extra fee.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital design services, no refunds will be issued once the design process has begun. 

Virtual designs are conceptual and intended to guide the client in styling and furnishing their space. House Curate Company is not liable for product availability, pricing changes, or installation errors. 

All design materials provided are the intellectual property of House Curate Company and are intended for personal use only. Redistribution or resale of design content is prohibited.
