Holiday Styling Service Terms & Disclosures

House Curate Company, Inc. does not provide outdoor holiday lighting installation services. All services are limited to interior styling and front porch accessories as outlined in the selected service options.

Clients who choose to incorporate existing décor are responsible for ensuring items are clean, functional, and safe for use. House Curate Company, Inc. is not liable for damage to pre-owned items during styling or removal.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any safety concerns, accessibility limitations, or special accommodations needed prior to installation. House Curate Company, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs.

To ensure a smooth and efficient styling experience, we kindly ask that the designated styling areas remain undisturbed during installation. We recommend that family members, pets, and guests avoid entering these spaces until the setup is complete. This helps us maintain focus, avoid delays, and deliver the best possible results for your holiday décor.

Clients are not required to be present during styling but must ensure access to the property and styling areas. If present, we ask that clients refrain from directing or altering the styling process once it begins.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If you cancel within 7 days of booking, your deposit will be refunded in full. After 7 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it covers reserved time and lost business opportunities. By booking, you agree to these terms, which are part of our service agreement.

House Curate Company, Inc. may capture photos and/or videos of your styled space to showcase our work for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and printed materials. We respect your privacy and will never share personal information such as your name, address, or other identifying details without your explicit consent.

House Curate Company, Inc. is not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or misuse of décor items after installation.

In the event of inclement weather, House Curate Company, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or modify outdoor styling services for safety and quality assurance.

House Curate Company, Inc. does not provide storage services for décor items before or after the styling period. All décor must be available on-site and removed by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Holiday styling is intended for temporary display. Unless a removal service is booked, clients are responsible for taking down décor after the holiday season.

While we take great care during installation, House Curate Company, Inc. is not responsible for minor surface damage (e.g., paint scuffs, nail holes, adhesive residue) resulting from décor placement.
